IV Ratio (F/B)
-
-
IV Ratio (Front / Back)
Front IV divided by Back IV. Measures how compressed or elevated near-term volatility is relative to the back month.
IV Spread (F−B)
-
points
IV Spread (Front − Back)
Front IV minus Back IV, in volatility points — not a percentage change. Positive means the front month carries the higher IV.
The ratio beside it gives the same relationship as a proportion; this gives the size of it. A ratio of 0.96 is four tenths of a point at 10% IV, but over one and a half points at 40%.

IBKR downloads a CSV you can import into IBKR's order entry — on a third-Friday expiration IBKR can't tell the weekly from the monthly, so it asks you to fix those legs in IBKR first
